MIKADO, design Front
The Mikado cupboard is a piece that arouses interest and curiosity, with a seductive lightness and strong exotic appeal. Raised on a light wooden frame, Mikado is a cupboard designed for the living area, enclosed by two panels closed with a double row of wooden slats, inclined and spaced to reveal the contents with a now you see it, now you don't effect.It evokes thoughts of the Orient: bamboo or wood stick furniture, unique pieces made by hand, the delight of magnificent cages designed to hold mythical creatures. The irregularity of Nature has been tamed by Front, and transformed by Porro into a serial piece to be used in everyday living with a touch of humour: an unexpected presence whose roots lie in our innermost thoughts.

3TABLE, design Front
A piece that plays on unexpected movements and elaborate finishes is 3Table, a hinged table with black metal legs consisting of an oval black back-painted glass top, a round and a square top made from lauropreto wood.Thanks to the invisible chains linking the surfaces, you can open and close this sculptural table to find the perfect conformation, and adapt it to the spatial and functional requirements of any setting.The oval and square surfaces can revolve around the round one, which remains in the centre like a planet surrounded by its satellites. All 3 tops can also turn on themselves, making it easier to serve tea or cocktails.
