In the setting of the prestigious Hotel Midland in the heart of Morecambe (Lancashire), a refined historical building in which the charm of the ancient architecture and elements of contemporary design live together, the new H.Chair seat by Porro takes place to show off all its versatility.
Conceived by the French designer Christophe Pillet, H.Chair distinguishes itself for a synthetic core, covered with soft padded leather, with generous forms, resting on a light tubular structure in chromium-plated metal.
It is the new comfortable and wrap-around chair by Christopher Pillet, which, at the front, presents a metallic structure supporting a semi arm-res, thought to contain the body and to help the occupier to get up, while remaining visible at the back, forming an original sign resembling a belt.
The particular wideness of the body, a soft gently curving shell that faithfully traces the human profile, makes this product midway between a lunch chair and a seat for the living area, making it easy-fitting for different uses and various ambiences.
For all these strong points H.Chair has been chosen to furnish the minimal dining-area of the brand-new contemporary wing of the Midland, overlooking the park through a glass-window: 60 type-specimens in white leather make the ambience, luminous and refined, particularly adapt to the high-profiled clientele, the refined menu and the professional services offered to the hotel guests.
A new demonstration of Porro interest in the contract sector, fertile and rich soil to contextualize the catalogue proposals, to experience new declinations of its products or just to create “ad hoc” solutions.
