Porro polished and clean cut design pieces have been chosen to furnish part of the Tre Torri, the management complex that has renewed the skyline of the city of Brescia, taking its place as a new urban landmark.
In one of the three 14-storey volumes designed by architects Cantarelli, Moro & Partners and characterised by continuous glass and aluminium façades standing on an extensive ground for public use, the EFFE Mauro Ferrari studio has designed a management office where the protagonist is Homework, the Porro collection for the office devised by Piero Lissoni by transforming some of the proposals by the brand that were created for the home.
For the operational workstations an integrated spatial solution has been chosen: a mobile HT work unit painted matt black with black aluminium uprights containing two writing-desk surfaces, the first on a three-door unit with push-pull opening system, the second double with an annular leg.
HT work is presented here in an area with a chessboard composition, alternating between open spaces and closed bays with folding doors, with L-shaped handles and functional locks, more suitable for the holding requirements of an office environment.
The protagonist of the management area is Synapsis, the ultra-light table designed by Jean Marie Massaud and available with wooden top, accentuating its organic design. A spider’s web of metal tubes welded together delicately supports a natural wood top in the warm tones of Mongoy, perfect for a more casual meeting room.
Screened by glass walls allowing 360 degree vision and looking out over the city and the spacious plaza below, surrounded by greenery and embellished by pools of water, thanks to the use of the Homework collection the new offices are characterised by an elegant, sophisticated blend where functional aspects coexist with warmer, more homely details, to satisfy the tastes of a refined clientele who love to personalise their working environment.
