This March the French magazine #IDEAT published a #specialarchitecture, in which is described the story of Porro, the “most architectural” design brand. 95 years divided in four generation that contributed to made Porro an international success. The secret ? L’inventivité ! Founded in 1925 in the Brianza area, by tradition the Italian cradle of high-quality furniture manufacturing, today Porro is global brand characterized by an intrinsic ability to select, work and interpret wood, with a cutting-edge production approach combining the most advanced technologies with manual skills.
Maria Porro, head of communication and marketing of the family company, represents "the new generation” of the brand. “Our approach is more and more architectural. We no longer create a piece of furniture that takes up space, but has become the space, defining it”: words that combined with Porro obsession for quality represent the company DNA.
