The Porro showroom at Via Durini 15, inaugurated last year during the Furniture Show itself, in the period of this year’s furniture show presented Jungle, a series of projects - beds, seating, tables large and small, carpets and vases - created by designers Piergiorgio Cazzaniga, Matthias Hickl, Ferruccio Laviani, Jean Marie Massaud, Elisa Ossino and Christophe Pillet.
Jungle defines the variety, the diversity of forms and colours, the expressive freedom of designers that, in the clean and essential Porro environments, have created aesthetic points of reference, strong signals with major visual impact: an exclamation mark in the Porro stylistic discourse.
These are products that have a dialogue with each other and with the world of already existing products: by being complementary, or through the contrast generated between the sobriety and orthogonality of the Porro collection and the curved lines and irregular, rounded forms of these new proposals.
