Porro expands its distribution network in Asia with a new prestigious showcase in Bengaluru, the most populous city in southern India.
In the new multi-brand store Living Art Interiors, Porro's sartorial design furnishes the wardrobe areas and sleeping area with simple purity, meticulous details and precious finishes, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in a complete home concept under the banner of the best European design.
The first Stroage wardrobe environment in mongoi, with a sophisticated trunk-effect finish, offers in sequence the refined Shoe Rack with bent enlightened shelves, open or closed spaces with Block glass doors. Among its modules, a Modern+Load-It vanity niche is created with steel shelves, mirrored wall panels, and a suspended writing desk, where one can comfortably sit on the Romby armchair by GamFratesi. The base, a solid black stained ash wood truncated cone, with a flare shape, is connected to a swivel upholstered seat, soft and compact, covered in blue fabric.
The Glide Miru and Glide Kyoto sliding partitions overlap transparent and opaque surfaces, creating dynamic interiors inspired by the patterns of the Japanese house, screening the sleeping area and the very heart of the Porro house: a large space entirely dedicated to clothes.
The Storage Wardrobe with sabbia glossy lacquered doors and Boite Aux handles creates a visual continuum, interrupted by the display cabinet with richly veined pale moon interior, a super-elegant eccentric touch, enhanced by the lighted transparent shelves.
Ideal for waiting rooms. both in living areas and bedrooms, the Kite armchair designed by GamFratesi, featuring a metal brown ombra structure and a brick coloured velvet covering, reveals to a careful eye its pure and enveloping aesthetic, designed in terms of comfort and proportions.
It is also chosen the Hinged Storage wardrobe with Tecno door in black sugi melamine and black painted Tasca handle, for an elegant minimalism. At the centre of the room, the Hub central unit with drawer by Gabriele and Oscar Buratti combines the wooden drawers and a white leather bench solution with a large drawer, to sit and quietly contemplate the wardrobe, the heart of the house and a must of Porro’s offering.
In the background, the Storage Boiserie, a solution halfway between a walk-in wardrobe and an open wardrobe, is proposed with tortora eco-leather panels and suspended fittings in black sugi melamine, an enveloping finishing characterized by a matt ink-black surface with marked veins.
Porro also brings its own personal style to the bedroom. Suspended from the ground, the Makura textile bed by Piero Lissonihas a welcoming and inviting shape thanks to its sinuous and enveloping headboard and to the presence of comfortable removable cushions, paired with Offshore drawer units by Piero Lissoni in black stained hemlock solid wood and in matt arancio zucca lacquers.
To store the most valuable objects, the Hinged Storage closet is presented with Iron doors in clear glass and cherry white interiors, a Scandinavian-inspired light finishing that mimics the cherry wood grain with more neutral and universal tones.
