As of November 2013, Porro can count on a new address in Thailand with its own area in Bangkok’s BOUNDARY Co. The company’s decor proposal completes a display where there is a place for a precise collection of the best contemporary design, mixing with the design of Piero Lissoni’s Living Divani, interacting in complementary harmony. Storage, the wardrobe system, has been prominent, enjoying a particular success in Asia for its ability to create unprecedented living scenes, combining rationality and spatial stunning trimmings for an emotional impact. It begins with a walk-in closet in mongoi set on a backdrop of glass, to then proceed with two large mongoi open closets, rich in customized interiors and accessories, because keeping your clothes organized has never been so simple, and so inviting. In the living area, a fitted wall combines the Load-It bookshelf’s steel shelves and avorio wall panels to the avorio board, suspended shelf and Flag eucalyptus panel, part of the container system and table top for the Modern day area. In the dining room, the Synapsis table with black-stained hemlock top and black-painted legs cohabitates with Neve chairs and armchairs in black-stained ash with brown leather seat, as well as the Ex-Libris bookcase with internal lighting, and the Tiller low cupboard, who, thanks to a special hinge on its eucalyptus doors can open up on top of each other, pleasantly changing the front’s design. In the main living area, a third Porro system is presented: lit up by LED lights that transform it into a sculpture, the System bookcase in eucalyptus with moveable modules is displayed with a sliding Iron door in smoked glass, and random back panels in giallo zolfo matt lacquered and with new drawer-trays in natural and black hemlock, for a complete overview of the company’s recent productions.
