For the period of the FIM, the Spanish furniture show, Porro present their most successful pieces and the innovations that have appeared within the sphere of the Jungle project at their point of purchase in the heart of the city (Cosin I Cosin, Hernán Cortés 17, Valencia), which will be open for the whole week of the Fair with special opening hours and will host a meeting with the public, with the added presence of designer Piero Lissoni, company art director since 1989.
In a large dedicated area and in the shop window facing onto the street, Porro display a selection of products and tell of the steps taken over the last year in the direction of continuous renewal and improvement of their collection, towards completely new projects, arising from the Jungle “laboratory of ideas” that has involved important international designers.
The two shop window displays host some of these objects, which are being presented in Spain for the first time, such as the Truffle seat by Jean Marie Massaud, the TL1 table by Ferruccio Laviani and the Tilt objects by Matthias Hickl. Along with these, the Ram table by Decoma Design for Porro, one of the products selected by the international jury of the “Diseño Internacional de Mobiliario” Award of the Valencia Fair, dedicated to professional designers and students.
The internal layout displays all the pieces that are most characteristic of Porro’s production. Such as the Spindle chairs, the Beam table, together with its most recent evolutions, Beam Glass and Ice Beam, the Modern, System NTX and HT Office systems and the Storage wardrobes.
