This year once again, the fundamental ingredient of Porro’s home is material research: with passion, personality and an expert eye, the company has sifted through infinite suggestions to select only a fragment of it, resisting the erosion of time and fashion. The palette of finishes has been expanded further: the 16 Porro woods include new “barrique” oak and "pale moon", and the metallic finishes, with their “antico” red, “bruciato” brown and “porfido” grey, bear witness to the search for a not-flat color, rich in nuances and textures, capable of creating a sense of depth and shininess like the oil paintings of the 17th century. Finally, the most evident stylistic novelty is the use of fabrics for closet interiors. The choice this year has been to intervene with soft parts inside the closet system to create truly precious chests in which to put one’s clothes, playing with colors and materials, for solutions that are completely personalized in which anyone can seek their favorite mix.
