New recognition for Porro: the Mikado madia, Front design, presented at last April’s Salone del Mobile, was chosen by Elle Design Spain among the finalists in the category FURNITURE. The winners of each category will compete with finalists selected among 25 other international editions of Elle Decor.  It will be possible to vote for Mikado on the website: http://www.elle.es/elledeco/premioselledecor-2013 What is between Porro and Front is a friendship of success, already blessed at the EDIDA awars given this year to the Gentle chair in the chair seat category “Best Seating.” The 3 Swedish designers are specialized in melding the formal simplicity of the brand –with which the collaborate since 2009 – with a design rich in splendor that reveals the ability of the designers and of the company to take up prestigious workmanship reinterpreting it from a contemporary angle.
